Elfly is a growing startup company with a multinational team of twentyfive employees. We're building the future of sustainable aviation, and we need someone who can help us scale up the team to match. As our People Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the employee experience from recruitment to retention and from onboarding to culture. This is a hands-on role with real impact.
Main responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Partner with management to align recruitment with business goals, lead end-to-end hiring processes—from sourcing to offer—and design onboarding experiences that set new hires up for success.
People & Culture:
Drive initiatives that foster inclusion, engagement, and collaboration. Support leaders and team members with day-to-day HR needs, and help shape a healthy, purpose-driven work culture as the company grows.
Learning & Development:
Identify skill gaps and support both personal and professional growth through relevant training and development initiatives.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Maintain clear, compliant, and accessible HR policies and ensure the company meets all legal obligations related to contracts, working hours, and documentation.
Compensation & Payroll:
Manage employee benefits and run monthly payroll with accuracy and compliance, continuously looking for areas of improvement.
Your profile:
- Solid and broad HR Management experience, preferably in a scale-up and an international environment
- A hands-on, people-first approach
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Structured, proactive and comfortable navigating change
- Excellent communication skills in English and Norwegian
- Caring, flexible and an overall awesome person :-)
