About the position:
In this role, you will act as the operational backbone for Noemi’s capital raise. Working directly with senior leadership and the Deal Lead, you will own transaction logistics, pipeline hygiene, data room administration, call preparations and internal due diligence coordination. You ensure that no lead drops through the cracks and that executive leadership is fully prepared for every pitch call.
Main responsibilities:
CRM Integrity and Prospecting
Maintain complete ownership and data integrity of the Investor CRM, tracking stage movements and communication logs.
Process and qualify all inbound investor inquiries, verifying basic alignment on fund thesis and ticket size before routing to leadership.
Source, prospect and screen new investor candidates
Meeting Logistics & Briefing
Calendar and coordinate all pitch calls, managing executive schedule bandwidth.
Draft concise briefing notes for executive leadership prior to investor calls, summarizing fund profiles, portfolio focus, and key decision-maker backgrounds.
Data Room and Due Due Diligence Administration
Structure, maintain and manage permissions for the Virtual Data Room (VDR), keeping folders organized and up to date.
Act as internal traffic controller for due diligence requests, routing technical, regulatory or financial questions to internal leads and delivering answers promptly back to investors.
Your profile:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Corporate Development or Management Consulting.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
Organization & Process: Exceptional organizational skills with a methodical, detail-oriented approach to tracking tasks, deadlines and multi-stakeholder follow-ups.
Tooling & Tech: Proficiency with CRM management platforms, Virtual Data Rooms and AI tools.
Communication: Business-fluent English with clear, professional email writing skills. Knowledge of Norwegian or another European language is an advantage.
